If your proposal is successful, we will offer you a flexible lease with the first 9 months completely free. During this period we will cover the business rates, service charge and building insurance. All you need to fund is your fit-out and utilities.
After the first 9 months you will become responsible to pay the business rates, service charge and buildings insurance. We will also agree with you prior to commencement of the lease what the rent will be after the first 9 months.
The lease agreement will include the ability for you to end the lease at any time on 1 months’ notice, giving you complete flexibility.
